Ipod Itunes Installation Issues?

Alliteration aside....

Just got an Ipod and having trouble installing it? Called Apple and got the run around? Try the following links that are provided as a courtesy from InstallShield, and if they don't work, call Apple back and insist they help you with the product you paid for.

If they try to tell you to call InstallShield for support with your issue, let them know that InstallShield is unable to troubleshoot the installation without access to the original install project files and one of their developers. The InstallShield Technical Support line is intended for use by developers who are using the InstallShield products to create the installations, not the end users who are having trouble installing with said installer.

Robert Nash Interview

John Nash was recognised by his colleagues as a genius in 1948 when he was accepted into Princeton University's graduate programme at the age of 20. A year later he found a mathematical way for hostile parties to settle arguments to mutual advantage. Known as the Nash equilibrium, his major contribution to mathematics remains as useful today - as shown by recent auctions of bandwidth to mobile phone companies - as it was in cold war politics. It gained him a Nobel prize for economics in 1994. He now researches problems in cosmology and quantum theory

An obvious question to kick off with: is there a connection between madness and genius?
